Originally from New York City, Charles always had a mind for business. From imagining big opportunities on a Brooklyn stoop to studying management and organizational development at Bentley University, Charles has been driven by a desire to help others achieve their best.
With over 25 years of experience, including a 10-year leadership role at Hilton Worldwide, Charles is a proven leader who excels in driving performance and building engaged teams.
