About Us

Ambedo Consulting exists to help small-to-medium sized businesses uncover the magic of what they do.

We work at the intersection of analytical rigor and human insight. We help you see what’s actually happening. We help you focus on what matters. We build the systems and processes that allow you to find and sustain that magic—whether it shows up through better-coached teams, clearer processes, stronger frameworks, genuine buy-in from the people executing the work, or building genuine fans from your clients.

We’ve done this across industries for over 30 years. The magic looks different for every organization. It constantly evolves. But the path is always the same: Clarity. Direction. Execution.

Charles Stuart

Originally from New York City, Charles always had a mind for business. From imagining big opportunities on a Brooklyn stoop to building platforms used across thousands of properties, he’s spent 30+ years studying how organizations actually work.

He’s worked in hospitality, finance, operations, and interim leadership roles. He’s led teams, built analytics, redesigned processes. But the real education came from understanding what separates sustainable improvement from the kind that burns people out.

In 2016, he launched Ambedo. There’s a concept he uses: an “ambedo moment” — a moment that cannot be captured, that exists for its own sake. The irony of his work is that he’s built it entirely around creating the conditions for those moments to emerge and evolve consistently.

Why Ambedo Consulting?

01

We See What Others Miss

Most consultants look at your business and see problems to solve. We look and see potential to uncover. The difference between fixing what’s broken and finding what’s already working.

02

We Build for People, Not Just Numbers

Sustainable improvement respects the people executing it. We don’t optimize systems at the expense of your team. We make their work clearer, simpler, and more effective.

03

We Think in Systems, Not Quick Wins

We’ve spent 30+ years learning what sticks and what burns out. We build frameworks that last because we understand the difference between temporary improvement and durable change.

Let’s talk about what’s possible.
